Description

Established in 1954, shokudoen is the birthplace of Morioka Reimen. Originally a dish from Pyongyang in North Korea, the cold noodles feature a thick soup that uses ample amounts of beef marrow and meat together with distinctly firm and smooth noodles. Every chew of the noodles brings out the flavor of the soup broth to the fullest.
