Aizu-Wakamatsu Station

The station’s tourist information center offers brochures, English assistance, and bicycle rentals. It also handles “Hands-Free Sightseeing,” delivering one piece of luggage to your ryokan or hotel in Higashiyama Onsen or Ashinomaki Onsen for 400 yen.
For sightseeing, the Haikara-san and Akabei loop buses depart from the station and run every 30 minutes, covering major spots such as Tsuruga Castle and Mt. Iimorin. The one-day free pass is a cost-effective way to travel throughout the city for a day.
