Description
This restaurant is famous for horse sashimi and the original sakura nabe using the meat of Aizu high-grade horse raised in a local farm. The sakura nabe, which was created by the owner, is a shabushabu-style sukiyaki (Japanese beef hot pot), containing superb sakura short rib. Rice, vegetables, and sake are all locally produced in Aizu.
