Deity-ji Temple is a beautiful place. The Showa Daibutsa Buddha is 15.5m high and is located in a peaceful forested area. The 5 story Pagoda is beautiful as are the other buildings. A perfect place...Visited August 2024 -

We had already visited the Big Budda in Kamakura which was an OK experience however this site visit was especially good due to the overall site, gardens etc. You are left with a feeling of calmness...Visited May 2024
