Kawaguchi Onsen Ou Sanso, a natural hot spring inn in Daisen City, Akita Prefecture, is located at the foot of the Ou Mountains, but is easily accessible from the city center in 20 to 30 minutes, and is surrounded by abundant nature with an outstanding sense of openness.

In the quiet environment of nature, you can enjoy the seasonal scenery in the large public bath and open-air bath, which are 100% natural hot spring water from the Ou Mountains, and the sauna, which is also a highlight of the inn and has a drinkable water bath that luxuriously uses underground water from the Ou Mountains, which is rare nationwide, is also popular.

The inn has rooms where pets are allowed to stay, and you can enjoy walking and relaxing around the adjacent ground golf course, one of the best in the country, and on the grassy plaza, which is a unique specialty of this inn.

There are also campsites scattered around the area, and in winter, the ski resort is only a 5-minute drive away, making it extremely accessible. Please feel free to use it when sightseeing in the Kakunodate and Tazawako areas.
