Description
Established in 1853, this is a miso and soy sauce brewery that represents Akita. It flourished as a landowner during the Kyoho Period (1716-1736) and started brewing miso by using rice offered by tenant farmers. A large variety of miso and soy sauce are available, including those suitable for daily use and those perfect as a gift. The space called “Bunkogura” where you can try samples is opened as a resting space.
