Description
This observation platform was constructed in 1959 as part of Hokkaido's agricultural testing grounds. The statue of Dr. Clark, a notable official in Sapporo's history, is a famous tourist spot. On top of the hill, you can see the city of Sapporo, the Ishikari plain, and sheep grazing on surrounding pastures.
