Description
A 20 minute drive from central Sapporo. Daily night skiing until 10:00 PM: plenty of time to enjoy yourself even after work or school. A total of 17 courses varying in difficulty and terrain, from gentle slopes enjoyable by beginners and families, to courses used by top athletes in international competitions. In a separate and safe area is the Snow Kids Park, where guests and their children can enjoy sledding, tubing, and snow-striding. This facility has a ”Welcome Team” that specializes in helping English-speaking guests, gaining much favor from visitors arriving from other countries. In February 2017, the
2017 Asian Winter Games were held here, with freestyle mogul skiing, and a snowboard half-pipe competition.
