The staffs inside are able to speak both English and Mardarin. They are certainly of great help! If you there this 2918 winter season there are foc warm pack To keep warm! And if your buy your TV...Visited December 2018 -

This center is incredibly helpful as it is staffed with professional minded employees. Unfortunately the hours are a little odd, as I would think they'd open earlier to accommodate morning travelers...Visited July 2018
