We went here with our family and it was a nice stop for about an hour. There are tons of hands on learning type events and my kids enjoyed the glassed in room with telescopes. It's certainly a nice...Visited August 2017 -

There is not a lot to see here apart from some fish in aquariums and a few of the legendary Marimo algae balls. The main function when we visited appeared to be equipment hire of skis and snowshoes.Visited February 2017 -

We came by to this museum to see the history of Akankoso and have more information on the Marimo which is a unique algae found only in Lake Akanko. It is free entrance.Visited October 2016
