Description
The clothing and lifestyle artifacts of Ainu and other northern peoples at this museum are some of the oldest samples in Hokkaido. Some of its stand-out exhibits include the Baba Collection (an Important Cultural Asset), the Kodama Collection, Qing Dynasty official attire known as Ezo-nishiki, and an Aleut otter hunting kayak.
