Open daily from 10:00 to 21:00, we offer services even when banks are closed. Just a 3-min walk from the JR Shinjuku Station West Exit ticket gate! The shop is located underground with a direct connection to the station, so it’s easy to visit regardless of the weather.
We offer money exchange for a total of 13 currencies: US dollar, Euro, Chinese yuan, Korean won, Hong Kong dollar, Thai baht, Canadian dollar, British pound, Swiss franc, Australian dollar, Taiwan dollar, New Zealand dollar, and Singapore dollar.
Tickets for the Shinkansen bullet train, a must for travelling in Japan, and the Yamanote Line, etc. are also available.

In terms of foreign currency exchange, we handle the American dollar, euro, Korean won and Chinese yuan. Unlike banks, we're open every day so our services are very convenient. We don't charge a commission. We also operate temporary luggage storage services, as well as selling tickets for the shinkansen, JR Line, Tokyo Metro, Keio Line and Tokyu Line.

Our temporary luggage service for suitcases and other sealed luggage costs a maximum of 700 JPY for one day, and 500 JPY for two hours. We can also look after other items of luggage, such as shopping bags or souvenirs. Regardless of time, medium-sized luggage costs 500 JPY and large-sized luggage costs 700 JPY.
