Through “Japanese Wine & Japanese Aprons,” we invite you to deepen your understanding of Japan's clothing and food culture, as well as its craftsmanship, while enjoying wine, food, and conversation at this event.
Our guest this time is Mr. Eiichi Takano, Director and Chief Winemaker at Shinshu Takayama Winery, who crafts wine in Takayama Village, Nagano Prefecture.
Alongside wine and food, he will share the winery's founding story and his passion for winemaking. We hope you can join us.
【Event Details】
① Enjoy wine pairings from Shinshu Takayama Winery with cuisine from Shinjuku Gyoen's popular restaurant “Shinjuku Oyster Star,” guided by winemaker Mr. Takano. A special “Takayama Village Limited Edition” wine will also be featured!
② Mini Talk: Shinshu Takayama Winery's Eiichi Takano × Anything Aprons' Kazuhiro Nishimura
