The show revolves around Duffy and his friends coming together, utilizing their unique personalities to overcome any challenges that arise and create a heartwarming party that deepens their friendship.

Among Duffy & Friends, this show marks the debut appearance of the curious Cookie Ann, the music-loving turtle, Olu Mel, and Lena Bell, three of Duffy's pals, on the Tokyo DisneySea stage.

While enjoying the show, guests can relish the cuisine offered, which includes the "Cape Cod Cook-Off First Prize Set" (※contents may vary depending on the season) and a dessert with sponge cake, cream, and strawberry mousse topped with Duffy's face drawn in chocolate. For children, a set menu with a hamburger, fries, chicken nuggets, and more is also available. Delight in the heartwarming tale of friendship while savoring a delicious meal.

The Tokyo Bay Noryosen is a delightful summer cruise that combines breathtaking nighttime views and exquisite cuisine aboard the Sarubia Maru, a gigantic, 6,000-ton passenger ship.

During the cruise period, the ship sets sail from Takeshiba Pier at 7:15 PM daily, taking passengers on a journey around Tokyo Bay before returning to the pier at 9:00 PM. This summer evening event will be held at the Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa in commemoration of its 70th anniversary. As an extra touch, bamboo ornaments called ‘takemari’ will also bring the garden’s pond to life with the image of fireflies gracefully dancing through the air.

This magical sight is created using an elaborate mist effect executed with approximately 2,000 nozzles, generating fine water particles measuring about 10 to 20 microns, which form the illusion of mist. On the terrace, you can enjoy a "Self-Sandwich," where fillings are sandwiched between slices of bread, along with beer-friendly options like beef steak and french fries, all served picnic-style in baskets.

In addition to refreshing draft beer, the event features an array of alcoholic beverages suitable for the Night Picnic, such as Panache, a light cocktail made by mixing beer with lemonade.

Moreover, from August 11th to 15th, there will be a family-friendly beer hall held in the banquet hall, where parents and kids alike can have fun. Around 170 shops in the Nihonbashi area will be selling refreshing limited edition menu items that evoke a sense of Japanese tradition, such as "Goldfish Jelly" resembling a refreshing goldfish bowl, "Chilled Oden" with flavorful broth-infused jelly perfect for summer, and "Goldfish-shaped Kombu Craft" made from Hokkaido's Rishiri Kombu.

From August 10th (Thursday) to August 13th (Sunday), there will be the inaugural "Nihonbashi Kakigori Festival 2023" featuring a variety of shaved ice from local eateries in a food stall format. Guests can enjoy unique flavors like "Seasonal Shirokuma-kun" shaped like a polar bear and "Chestnut Mont Blanc Kakigori."

Additionally, there will be several wind chime spots, including the "Wind Chime Path in Fukutoku Forest," where approximately 200 Edo-style wind chimes will adorn both sides of the pathway leading from Fukutoku Shrine to Fukutoku Forest. Other spots like "COREDO Muromachi Terrace Keyaki Plaza" and "Tokyo Midtown Yaesu 5F Terrace" will also feature wind chimes.

In the vicinity of Fukutoku Shrine's "Nakadori," there will be a water-splashing event using recycled water during sunny weather. The water-splashing not only cools the temperature and brings a sense of "coolness" but also serves as a gesture of hospitality to welcome guests.

"Camp" is the theme of the event held at Sanrio Puroland. Sunshine Aquarium will be hosting various events with the theme of "Creating Summer Memories" from July 22nd to August 25.

One of the highlights is the "Special Summer Guide Tour." On weekdays, there will be guided tours focusing on specific creatures, where visitors can experience unique encounters while listening to explanations from the animal care staff. For instance, on Tuesdays, there will be a tour featuring "Seals," allowing participants to observe them up close right in front of the tank, while on Fridays, the tour will be centered around "Reptiles," providing opportunities to touch lizards and more.

Additionally, the seal training, which is usually conducted irregularly, will have a special edition during the summer. In the "Splash Zone," visitors can enjoy a refreshing experience with water guns and fountains. For those who don't want to get wet, wearing a rain poncho is recommended.

Tokyo Skytree Town® will be hosting various events during the summer vacation period, offering enjoyment for both children and adults.

The first event is the "Fuurinko Michi" held on the 4th floor Sky Arena of Tokyo Skytree Town®. Numerous wind chimes are hung, creating a cool and refreshing atmosphere. Listen to the gentle sound of wind chimes as you look up at Tokyo Skytree® and immerse yourself in the essence of Japanese summer.

At Soramachi Hiroba and Soramachi Shotengai, the Tokyo Soramachi Summer Festival will take place, featuring food stalls and food trucks, providing the nostalgic ambiance of a traditional downtown summer festival (from July 29 to August 3, 2023).

Additionally, on Floor 350 of Tokyo Skytree Tembo Deck, the official character of Tokyo Skytree, Sorakara-chan, will make a limited-time appearance in a yukata with a sunflower pattern during the "Sorakara-chan's Limited-time Greeting" event (from July 14 to August 31, 2023 at 10:30 AM, 12:00 PM, 1:30 PM, 3:00 PM, 4:30 PM, 6:00 PM).

This is Japan's largest outdoor rock festival organized by the music media company "Rocking On Group." One of its distinctive features is that all the performing artists are Japanese, unlike other outdoor festivals.

The lineup covers a wide range of genres, from well-known popular artists like Yuzu, Elephant Kashimashi, Momoiro Clover Z, YOASOBI, Cocco, Fujifabric, THE BACK HORN, Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, and 10-FEET, to indie bands and DJs. Many of these artists are familiar to Japanese people through television and radio, making it an inclusive event for those who want to get a comprehensive grasp of Japan's music industry, including festival newcomers.

In addition to Japanese foods like okonomiyaki, gyoza, and ramen, there will be 79 food and beverage stalls offering various international cuisines such as pizza, hamburgers, kebabs, and more.

Other attractions include the "Massage Booth" where you can receive professional massages and stretches from sports trainers, a traditional Japanese fair corner, and facilities like the Rock Ice Sales Point and Snow Spots to help combat heatstroke.

As of July 2023, tickets are sold out. The ROCK IN JAPAN FESTIVAL 2023 organizing committee will conduct a lottery to automatically match ticket sellers and prospective buyers.

The Koto Fireworks Festival is held beside the Arakawa River. Due to the pandemic, it had been canceled in recent years, but this year marks its return after a four-year hiatus. One of the distinctive features of the Koto Fireworks Festival is the proximity of the launching site to the main venue, Arakawa Sunamachi Riverside Park, allowing spectators to witness dynamic fireworks up close.

The festival features five programs, including the lively "Bloom to the Fullest! New Koto Fireworks!" and the whimsical "Smile-filled Summer Vacation". Around 6,000 fireworks will illuminate the sky, with the starmines fired successively from boats floating on the Arakawa River offering a particularly spectacular sight. Attendance is limited to 10,000 people with advance reservation required through the official website.

Additionally, on the day of the fireworks festival, there will be private cruises available for those specifically coming to enjoy the fireworks display. Avoiding the crowds, guests can savor the fireworks from a premium spot on the boat. Prior reservation is necessary, and the cruise includes a boxed lunch while allowing participants to bring their own drinks.

SUMMER SONIC 2023 is a large-scale music festival that invites both domestic and international big-name artists and simultaneously takes place in two locations: Chiba and Osaka. Unlike traditional outdoor festivals held in the suburbs, "SUMMER SONIC 2023" is branded as a "city-type festival," allowing attendees to participate on a day trip from the city center due to its proximity.

Past artists who have performed at the festival include the sold-out American rock band "Fall Out Boy" and "THE KID LAROI" from Australia, whose collaboration with Justin Bieber on the song "Stay" became the most-streamed foreign song in Japan in 2021. Other notable performers include Hoshino Gen and Jacob Collier, whose last year's concert in Japan was sold out, making "so sad so happy" a highly anticipated act.

The Azabujuban Noryo Festival is famous for its historical traditional shops and popular eateries that set up food stalls, offering a delightful food journey for visitors. After pausing due to the pandemic, the festival is back this year after four years.

As in previous years, the event will feature the "Our Country's Pride" section, where specialty products and food from various regions of Japan are sold. There will also be entertainment programs such as a traditional comedy show and festival music (ohayashi) to add to the festive atmosphere. It's a charming and homemade summer festival organized by the local shopping street.

The 64th Tokyo Koenji Awa Odori takes place in the Koenji Station North-South Shopping Street and Koenji South Street (Suginami Ward, Tokyo). After being canceled due to the impact of COVID-19, this year's outdoor dance performances will resume after a four-year hiatus.

Awa Odori is a Bon dance festival held annually during the Obon period in Tokushima City, Tokushima Prefecture. The Tokyo Koenji Awa Odori started in 1957, initiated by local young people to liven up the shopping district.

Over the years, approximately 10,000 dancers have performed, attracting around one million spectators over the course of the two-day event. To the lively sounds of flutes and drums, people of all ages dance through the streets, and on August 26 and 27, the town of Koenji will be filled with excitement.

During the day, the first part begins at 11:30 AM, followed by the second part at 2:00 PM. Additionally, there will be elaborately staged performances at the "Session Suginami Hall" (Tickets for one show cost 2,000 yen).
