Before payment, please present the documents required for tax-free processing (such as your original passport) and this coupon screen to the staff.
3. Confirm the terms of use
• Apple products, imported watches, video games (consoles, software, accessories), PC parts, DJI products, specified Panasonic and Hitachi products, and other items specified by our company are not eligible for discounts.
• This coupon is valid only at the eligible stores listed on the coupon.
• This discount is not cumulative.

4. Payment and receiving your items
Please pay the amount after the tax-free exemption (10%) and the coupon discount (8% OFF) have been applied. Q. Are there any items that are not eligible for the coupon discount?
A. Yes. Apple products, imported watches, video games (consoles, software, accessories), PC parts, DJI products, specified Panasonic and Hitachi products, and other items specified by our company are not eligible for discounts.
Q. Can I use the home appliances I purchased overseas as they are?
A. If you use products intended for Japan only (100V) overseas, you will need a voltage converter. Some stores also carry products that support worldwide voltage (e.g., 100V–240V). Please ask our staff for details.
Q. Is the manufacturer warranty valid overseas?
A. In general, manufacturer warranties for products intended for the Japanese market are valid only in Japan.
Q. What is the minimum purchase amount required for tax-free shopping?
A. Tax-free applies to purchases of ¥5,000 or more per transaction. Note that “¥5,000” refers to the amount after the 10% tax exemption and the 8% coupon discount have been applied.
Q. Can I use this coupon multiple times?
A. Yes. You may use it as many times as you like.
Q. Can I complete the tax-free procedure with a copy or photo of my passport?
A. No. You must present the original passport for tax-free procedures. We cannot process it with a copy or a photo on a smartphone. Also, we may need to check your entry stamp (seal) as necessary.
Q. Can I use “consumables” such as medicines or cosmetics while staying in Japan?
A. No. Consumables purchased tax-free (food, cosmetics, medicines, etc.) cannot be opened or used until you leave Japan. They will be sealed in a designated duty-free bag, so please keep them unopened and present them to customs upon departure. If opened, you may be taxed when leaving Japan.
Q. Can you deliver the items I bought to the airport or my hotel?
A. Whether delivery is available depends on the store, the items, and the delivery destination. Some stores offer paid hotel delivery, but airport delivery is not available. We basically recommend taking your purchases with you, so if you would like delivery, please consult our staff before purchasing.
