This coupon is available not only to international tourists but also to Japanese nationals living overseas who are temporarily returning to Japan. To receive the tax exemption as a Japanese national, the following conditions must be met.

A. You must present your original passport with a valid entry stamp. Please note that photocopies or digital photos are not accepted.

To claim the tax exemption as a Japanese national, you will need to present proof that you have resided overseas for 2 years or more (such as a certificate of residence or a copy of your family register with residence history). If you meet the tax-free conditions and complete the procedure, this coupon's discount can also be applied.

From November 1, 2026, Japan's tax-free system will move to a refund method: you purchase items at the tax-included price and, after a customs check when you leave Japan, the consumption tax amount is refunded afterward — rather than being exempted immediately at the register. This coupon's discount of up to 7% is unaffected and continues to be applied immediately at the register, but note that the way you receive the 10% tax exemption changes to a refund at departure. Please check with store staff or official sources for details.
A. Apple products like iPhone/iPad and various gaming consoles are fully eligible for the standard 10% tax-free (Tax-Free) exemption. However, please note that for the extra 7% coupon discount, certain major brands and gaming consoles may be excluded or subject to different promotional conditions.
