Q2. Can I use the coupon discount and tax-free shopping together?
A2. Yes, they can be combined. In many shops, you can pay the discounted price using the coupon first, and then proceed with the tax-free procedure. However, the total amount after the discount must meet the tax-free threshold (usually 5,000 JPY or more excluding tax).

Q3. Can I get a discount just by showing my smartphone screen at the shop?
A3. No, showing the screen is not enough. You must first present your passport and the QR code at the "General Information" counter to exchange it for a physical paper coupon book before using it at each shop.

Q4. Does the coupon have an expiration date?
A4. Yes, it does. Please check the expiration date indicated on the QR code screen or the exchanged coupon book. Expired coupons cannot be used.

Q5. Can I use the coupon at all shops?
A5. No, not all shops accept it. Some luxury brands, restaurants, and food courts are excluded. A list of participating shops is included in the coupon book you receive at the information counter.

Q6. I left my passport at the hotel. Can I still get the coupon?
A6. No, you cannot. To exchange the coupon, you must present your original passport to prove you are a foreign tourist (copies or photos are generally not accepted).

Q7. How many times can I use one coupon book?
A7. The coupon book contains multiple tickets. Depending on the facility or campaign, some coupons are one-time use per shop (tear-off type), while others can be used repeatedly just by showing them. Please check the details printed on the coupon.

Q8. Can I use the QR code if I don't have Wi-Fi?
A8. Yes, if you take a screenshot (screen capture) in advance, you can use it offline. We strongly recommend saving the image before your arrival.

Q9. Can foreign residents living in Japan use this coupon?
