  • In Japan, there are only 6 cities that they produce Japanese kitchen knives. Sakai city is one of them. Sakai has little unique face that they produce Japanese kitchen knives with separating the process such as blacksmith part, sharpener part, making handle part, and sales part. It means each part is managed by different companies. Then they can specialize their work as a professional.
  • This workshop is belonging to the sharpener's part. So you will visit the sharpener's factory and use the equipment, tools, and knowledge from the master.
  • Come our workshop to be a trainee of Japanese kitchen knife sharpener!
