- You can enjoy making handmade miso and bring it home(about 500g).

- We use okara which is soy pulp, leftover of tofu.
- It is a very easy and faster way to make miso. Also okara is disposed as industrial waste so this is eco-friendly way.
- (You have to store your handmade miso more than three months for fermentation.)
- 3)Enjoy miso tasting.
- We prepare miso soup and soy pulp mochi with miso spread for miso tasting.
- *If you are allergic to soybean, you cannot try soy pulp mochi and miso spread.
