What to expect

SHIBUYA SKY observatory is part of "Shibuya Scramble Square", a commercial complex building in Shibuya, Tokyo. You may take an express elevator to the observatory entrance on the 14th floor. The facility comprises three zones, namely, "Sky Gate", a transition space leading from the 14th floor, where the ticket office is, to the 45th floor, the "Sky Gallery", an indoor observatory corridor on the 45th floor and the 46th floor, and "Sky Stage", an outdoor observatory terrace on the 46th floor. The "Sky Stage" observatory terrace is probably the most eye-catching attraction within the facility as it allows you to have a bird's eye view of the beautiful cityscape of Tokyo from all angles, making you feel as if you were floating in the air. Standing on the observatory terrace at 229 meters in Shibuya, you can enjoy a panoramic view that stretches from the Tokyo Tower to the Tokyo Skytree, and even to Mt. Fuji.
