You will experience a "Jomon Cuisine Evening" in a "Jomon pit dwelling" located in the Kanagi Genki Village old house. At the "Jomon Cuisine Evening", you will enjoy imaginative cuisine from the Jomon period, when the appearance of earthenware made it possible to cook over an open flame and even by boiling food, based on Jomon recipes developed by Jomon cuisine researcher Seo Sachiko.
