Otaru Tenguyama (Mt. Tengu), standing at 532.4m above sea level, is a mountain that has become a symbol of Otaru. From its summit, you can enjoy a sweeping view of the town and the Sea of Japan, as well as one of Hokkaido's three best night views - a lovely nightscape created by what looks like jewels scattered all over the town.
