- You will make Wagashi for 45 minutes(one wagashi, two for 60 minutes), set the table, and enjoy them with tea tasting, home style!
- is considered a high-class Japanese sweet called Jo-Nama-Gashi(Jo means Upper or high class, and Nama means freshly made) and severed at tea ceremonies and ceremonial occasions. Nerikiri is the most well-known for its beautiful presentation, which might include sceneries, flowers, and lucky motifs with a delicate taste. We teach you the basics, and try making your Nerikiri with your imagination!
- We will serve three essential and popular everyday teas(Sencha, Gemnaicha, and Hojicha) for you based on how we serve them at home! Knowing how we enjoy teas at home is a casual but insightful experience. We will show you how to serve the tea, the difference, and the suitable TPO for each tea.
