- When you come to our Mochi shop, first, please watch closely and learn while the artisan demonstrates how to make Wagashi, then it's your turn to try your hand at Wagashi making.
- Among many types of Wagashi, you will be making some pieces of seasonally inspired "Nerikiri", a kind of Wagashi made of sweet white bean paste and Mochi.
- Even if you have little experience in creative activities or cooking, we will carefully guide you through the process.
- Delicately form the colored dough into various shapes by hand, and carefully add lines with tools to perfectly portray "the seasonal beauty of Japan".
