- Yuka Izawa of the Izawa family, who is the purveyor to the Date family and the head of Katsuyama Sake Brewery, will give a talk about the Date family's sake brewing and food culture. The talk is available in Japanese, English, and Chinese.
- In addition to sake from the Date clan's official brewery, which has been handed down since the feudal era, you can enjoy the pairing of famous sake from all over Miyagi, a sake-producing region, with seasonal Miyagi ingredients.
- We offer five types of Miyagi sake (including a special limited edition). We use ingredients from Miyagi Prefecture, so you can enjoy seafood, wagyu beef, and more.
- This is Shozan's highest level course (2 main dishes, 6 dishes in total).
