• I am an experienced guide with a background in Japanese cultural studies and a long time foreign resident of Japan which will offer you a unique perspective of our beloved city of Kyoto. This tour gives you an opportunity to not just travel around Kyoto with other travelers but locals as well. I invite my local Japanese friends to join so we can engage in conversation and explore the sights together. Our tour will have you meeting locals and other travelers as well as visiting some of the most exciting places in Kyoto!

We will start our journey together from our meeting point at the ECO TRIP store located near Kyoto Station. From there, we will go to Fushimi Inari by bike. This will take approximately 20 minutes. We will then visit the beautiful vermilion Torii gates of Fushimi Inari Shrine. We will spend around 30-40 minutes exploring together before we move on to our next attraction.
