- What to expect

'- An e-voucher will be sent to your e-mail, please print it out and present it at the venue on the designated date and time - If you rent a kimono to stroll around Sapporo, please be sure to return to the store by the end of business hours (18:00) - Strolling around Sapporo plan does not include a guide. Please move to the place of your choice by yourself - One or two people take one hour. Three to four people require two hours of dressing time. - Please note that we do not have kimonos for children - We do not accept reservations for more than 4 people - It is possible to bring in suitcases, but we may refuse depending on the number - Please be aware that if the information is incorrect or your reservation may not be completed since we are seeing an increase in reservations with the same customer name
