It is about 1.5 km long and offers a great view of the city from many different vantage points. One of the best spots for taking pictures is at the fountain in Nishi 4-chome. This spot offers a balanced view of Sapporo TV Tower, the park, and the city, making it a popular spot for souvenir photos.
