Our journey begins not just with cooking but also with a visit to a local supermarket. Japanese supermarkets are a treasure trove, offering an extensive range of meats, fish, vegetables, and an array of unique seasonings. Once we've gathered our ingredients, we'll transition to a kitchen studio to embark on our cooking session. Under guided instruction, you'll master the techniques of Japanese home-style cooking, from wielding a Japanese knife with precision to preparing foundational elements like dashi for miso soup and crafting sushi rice seasoned with vinegar.
