  • Private cooking class at our private historical townhouse in the preserved district. We offer authentic cooking classes where you can connect with the depth of Japanese food culture. We will take you to the morning market to pick up ingredients, and learn the true way of living as local people in Hida Takayama. You will learn basics of Japanese cooking chemistry, and basic ingredients such as soy sauce, miso, mirin, and dash.
