- This class is for anyone who would like to experience the art of wagashi-making, (Wagashi is a general term for Japanese Sweets)
- The purpose of this class is to familiarize you with Japanese sweets making and we will have lots of fun making them, even if they are not perfect!
- You will also get to know the history and culture behind mochi and other traditional sweets.
- After the class you will be able to taste your creations with a bowl of Matcha tea for the Nerikiri Wagashi class.
