- You'll get a hands-on training from a qualified instructor.
- You'll master how to make three types of sushi in just one experience. Sushi fish is a high quality and special order for this class. Even if this is your first sushi making experience, you will be amazed at how wonderful it is!
- You'll also make yakitori (grilled chicken) as a side dish. Skewer fresh chicken thighs yourself and grill them with a savory sauce.
- You'll learn miso soup from scratch. Your instructor will give you knowledge of ingredients to take Japanese broth.
- Vegetarians are welcome. Let me know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions.
