- *IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING RELOCATION FROM AUGUST 1ST 2024*
- On August 1st, 2024 we will relocate to a more central and even more beautiful location near Kiyomizu-Gojō Station and the Four Seasons Hotel in Kyoto.
- Directions to the new location for workshops held after August 1st will be sent to you at the time of making the reservation. Any reservation already made, or yet to be made for July, will be held at the current location. Thank you!

- We will take you through the steps of making sushi starting with preparing the lightly vinegared rice and finishing off with the perfect sushi roll!
- Together we will be making various types of sushi including Temaki-zushi which you will be able to prepare when you get back home!
- At the end of the workshop everyone will be given a new sushi rolling mat (which is essential for making sushi!) and a recipe card to make sushi again so you can prepare some for your friends and family back home!
