- So you want a sushi making experience? We will help you learn the three basic Sushi recipes, TEMARI, Seaweed Roll Sushi and Chirashi Sushi in this round.
- You will go to the real fish market and learn how to choose the fish most fit for the sushi recipes and then go to the kitchen to experience the cooking and preparation phase.
- Once all has been prepared, we will eat together and enjoy the side dishes you will help prepare. Japanese teas and sake will be paired with the food provided (sake will be served only to those over 20 years of age which is the minimum age for alcohol consumption).
- Let’s avoid the pre-prepared sushi classes and try some cooking with a local touch which you can try replicating at home!
