Guests then observe a live demonstration of matcha preparation using authentic tools like the chasen (bamboo whisk), chawan (tea bowl), and chashaku (bamboo scoop).
Next, guests prepare their own bowl of matcha, whisking the tea into a delicate froth with mindful focus.
