・Reservations will be accepted from 10:00 - 17:00. Reservations received after 17:00 will be processed on the next business day. ・Please note that there is no elevator in the building and you will have to take the stairs to get to each venue. ・Please note that the program will not be held on the same day as the delay. ・In case of a delay, the event may be treated as a cancellation on the day of the event. ・Doors are scheduled to open 5 minutes before the start of the experience, but this is subject to change depending on conditions on the day. ・We will charge a cancellation fee regardless of the reason.
