Our restaurant uses carefully selected tuna from Suzutomi in Toyosu Market, adjusts the temperature of the rice according to the ingredients, and adopts the best method to bring out the delicious taste of the tuna. Depending on the rice temperature and holding method of the ingredients, as well as the appropriate Japanese sake, you are welcome to come and taste our carefully crafted tuna sushi.
