Since we serve two of Japan's most iconic foods, sushi and tempura, we wanted to name our restaurant after a beautiful Japanese word. The store name "Mogana" comes from the last particle in ancient Japanese, which means to hope that something will come true. We want to fulfill our customers' desire to eat delicious and reasonably priced sushi and tempura.
