'- Visitors must be at least 16 years old - Two persons sharing a private sauna be of the same gender - Please note that all sauna rooms are private rooms for 1-2 persons of the same gender, and cannot be used by more than 3 persons. - Visiting after drinking alcohol is not allowed - There is an alcohol check at reception, and visitors over the limit will not be allowed to enter (there is no refund in this case) - Please come to the reception 10 minutes before your reserved time to receive information on how to use the facilities - Please note that even if you arrive late, we are not able to change the start time of your booking - Please note that the 8th floor of RED° E-SAUNA and RED°BODOGE requires a separate reservation (extra charge will be incurred) - The 9th floor is for women only - Sauna rooms are divided into men's and women's floors, so please make sure you are using the correct one.
