The restaurant is modeled after the Nishijin area of Kyoto, and is equipped with various private and semi-private rooms of various sizes that can accommodate 2 to 40 people. Seasonal plans are available for the outdoor terrace seats, which can also be reserved for private use. Our specialty is our speciality mizutaki hotpot, which we have been protecting since the restaurant was founded. The collagen-rich soup, made by simmering 100 chicken carcasses in a large stockpot for 8 to 10 hours, has a condensed chicken flavor and a rich aroma that will whet your appetite. Please enjoy it with our carefully selected shochu and sake.
