[Fully equipped with private rooms] Enjoy the finest mizutaki and chicken dishes in a quaint house that will make you forget you're in the city. The first and fourth floors are private tables, the second floor has open-style tables that are popular for banquets, and the third floor is a private room with a sunken kotatsu where you can relax without shoes on. Our specialty is our carefully made mizutaki hotpot, which we have maintained since our founding. The collagen-rich soup, made by simmering 100 chicken carcasses in a large stockpot for 8 to 10 hours, has a condensed chicken flavor and a rich aroma that will whet your appetite. Enjoy it with our carefully selected shochu and sake.
