【滋賀】 Cycling and Family BnB by the 5 Lakes of Mikata

Start your day by arriving at Mihama Station around 11:30AM (about 1 hour from Kyoto, train tickets not included). Pick up your bikes and ride along an immersive path through lakes, fields, and the Sea of Japan. Enjoy a delightful lunch at a local restaurant or a picnic by one of the lakes. Explore charming fishermen’s villages. Return to the station by 17:00 to drop off your bikes, then hop into a car that will take you to your accommodation. If you chose the "Minshuku only" package, you can directly reach the station arount 4-6PM. Relax in the warmth of a traditional Japanese house and savor a homemade feast of fresh fish and seafood. The next morning, a taxi will take you to a scenic viewpoint before bringing you back to Mihama Station to continue your journey.
