Enjoy a hands-on experience making Nigiri-sushi and Gunkan-maki, sushi wrapped with a strip of nori seaweed. Ingredients include tuna, salmon, eel, shrimp, rolled omelet, salmon roe, and more. Before the sushi-making session, participants will learn about the history of Japanese cuisine, how sushi is made, and get an introduction to Japanese sake and the different types of sushi. It’s a fun and educational activity suitable for all levels! At the end of the course, a small gift will be presented to each guest as a souvenir. English-speaking staffs are available on site, so communication is smooth and comfortable throughout the experience.
