- This day-trip to Hinohara village will let you experience the oneness with Nature! Waterfall meditation is commonly practiced in natural settings, allowing individuals to connect with the powerful energy of waterfalls and the beauty of nature. In addition, being bathed in the waterfall’s water is believed to cleanse the mind and body. It is thought that the energy of the waterfall provides a mental refreshment for those seeking it.
- We will get soaked in the local onsen hot spring after the waterfall meditation.
- Once you get warmed up, you will have a flavors of the season at the old house cafe. Japanese sweets with mocha at a temple cafe afterwards are also going to be your favorite!
- Hi, I’m a certified Level 1 LNT instructor (Leave No Trace) and have the Willderness First Aid certified by WFTA. I lived in the U.S. for 10 years and am always excited about hanging out with those from different backgrounds!
