• During this tour, engage in a dialogue with Mr. Tashima Yoshifumi, the Toji (master brewer) of historic Fushimi sake brewery Kitagawa Honke, which has produced sake for over 360 years.
• Furthermore, you’ll be able to explore the sake brewery with exclusive access to areas not usually open to the public.
• For each part of the journey, a professional interpreter will guide you. A private taxi will also be available for transport from your accommodation.
