  • In the café space modernized with bamboo, participants will make Nerikiri, which is called the art of confectionery.
  • The instructor is Yoshi Higuchi, the 13th-generation owner of a Japanese confectionery store with over 400 years of history and tradition.
  • After making beautiful wagashi, enjoy them with matcha (powdered green tea) prepared by Master Yoshi.
  • You are invited to try your hand at edible art incorporating the history of wagashi, ingredients, and motifs of the four seasons.
  • Remember to take a picture before eating!
