・Ishimago has been making miso and soy sauce using the same methods since 1855.
On your tour of the brewery, you can see storehouses No. 2 and No. 5, which have large wooden barrels, as well as a barley roaster, which has become rare even in Japan.
・In the Rice cracker baking experience, you will actually bake the rice aracker dough.
You can eat it freshly baked by smearing it with Ishimagoto's original sauce.
・You will be also served miso soup made in a miso ball.
