Founded in 1872, this restaurant is famous for its eel rice and kamameshi rice dishes. Ryutō...the essence of a long-established brand that has grown up together with the city of Niigata. Initially, the founder Tsuruzo Kojima sold freshly caught fish in the rivers of Niigata Island. As the times changed, the eel gradually became famous. The third generation Kojima Shozo built "一〆" into the famous eel restaurant.
