・Fukui Prefecture is one of the leading sake producing regions in Japan. For the first time, a workshop will be held in Awara Onsen where you can enjoy the marriage of delicious local sake and local ingredients.
・The proprietress of Awara Onsen Ryokan, who is a hospitality professional and sake taster, will explain the basics of sake as well as the characteristics of Fukui's local sake.
・While tasting a variety of Fukui's local sakes, including sweet and dry varieties, we will suggest pairings with carefully selected local snacks.
・For your welcome drink, we will provide you with an original sake that can only be tasted at Awara Onsen, made from rice grown by the proprietress herself. Please take this opportunity to enjoy the sparkling sake "OKAMI no AWA" and the sake "Okami".
・You can enjoy the tour even if you are participating alone. *The minimum number of participants is 2 people.
