Ski or snowboard at Ryuoo Ski Park in Nagano Prefecture. There is a free beginners' course for snowboarding, so even if you are new to snowboarding, you can feel at ease. The next day, enjoy the SORA Terrace by gondola, then stop by Jigokudani Onsen (90 minutes), go to the souvenir shop, and visit Shinshu Fruit Land (70 minutes) - Ends around 18:00 in Shinjuku
